Note on data transfer to third countries that are not secure in terms of data protection and
transfer to US companies that are not DPF-certified
Among other things, we use tools from companies based in third countries that are not secure in terms of data protection

and processed there. We would like to point out that in third countries that are not secure in terms of data protection
third countries, no level of data protection comparable to that in the EU can be guaranteed.
We would like to point out that the USA, as a safe third country, generally has a level of data protection comparable to that in the EU.
A data transfer to the USA is therefore permissible if the recipient
has a certification under the ‘EU-US Data Privacy Framework’ (DPF) or has suitable
additional guarantees. Information on transfers to third countries, including
data recipients can be found in this privacy policy.
Recipients of personal data
As part of our business activities, we work together with various external parties.
In some cases, personal data also has to be transferred to these external parties.
We only transfer personal data to external parties if this is necessary in order to fulfil a contract,
if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. transfer of data
to tax authorities), if we have a legitimate interest in the disclosure according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR
or if any other legal basis permits the data transfer. When using
contract processors, we only disclose personal data of our customers on the basis of a valid
contract for order processing. In the case of joint processing, a contract for
joint processing is concluded.
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME, FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR

WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR FOR THE
ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENCE OF LEGAL
A LEGAL CLAIM (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21 SECT. 1 GDPR).
IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING,
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO AT ANY TIME OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR
OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH ADVERTISING.
THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING TO THE EXTENT THAT IT IS AFFILIATED WITH SUCH DIRECT MARKETING.

THEN NO LONGER BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING (RIGHT TO OBJECT
PURSUANT TO ART. 21 SECT. 2 GDPR).
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects are entitled to lodge a complaint with a
supervisory authority, in particular in the member state where they usually maintain their domicile, place of work
or the place of the alleged infringement. The right to lodge a complaint exists regardless of any other
administrative or judicial remedies.
Right to data portability
You have the right to demand that we hand over any data we automatically process on the basis of your consent or in order to fulfil a contract
to you or a third party in a commonly used, machine-readable format

other questions regarding personal data, please feel free to contact us at any time.

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
You can contact us at any time regarding this. The right to restriction of processing exists in
the following cases:
If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need
time to verify this. During the verification period, you have the right to
demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted.
If the processing of your personal data was/is carried out unlawfully, you can
demand the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise,
defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted instead of
deleted.
If you have lodged an objection in accordance with Art. 21 (1) GDPR, a balance must be struck between
your interests and ours. As long as it is not yet clear whose interests
prevail, you have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted
.

their storage – may only be processed with your consent or for the purpose of asserting, exercising or
defending legal claims or protecting the rights of another natural or
legal person or for reasons of an important public interest of the European Union or
a member state.
